What is the best Shampoo & Conditioner for curly hair to help tame the curls without blow-drying?

I have long curly hair, and like it best when I blow-dry it straight, but I don’t want to damage my hair too much.
Are there any products that work reasonably well to straighten hair or tame it down without the need for blow-drying?

The difference between pro and supermarket shampoo’s lies in the ph level as well as it being concentrated, using less is more, distributing through your hands first using a quarter size amount is all you need, I only have to buy twice a year.
