Are Hydraulic Jeans & H2J Jeans the same company?

They both look the same (washes/fades, styles, patterns on pockets), have the same style of tags when you buy them (pink sticker on one side & a brown tag on the other), sewn writing on the inside back of the them. And they both fit the same.
And is the only place I can find H2J jeans is at Kohls, anywhere else?

Maybe they’re made for different stores under different names. As long as they fit well and are a price you can afford, what’s the difference what they are called?
