If I relax my Hair with DEEP BRILLIANCE, do i have to absolutely dye my hair with DEEP BRILLIANCE hair color?

This relaxer is supposed to allow you to color treat your and relax it in the same day. it is a No-base sodium hydroxide compound.
I also need to know if he hair color that I am using will be compatable if it is ok to dye. The product name is Xpressive by BIGEN, and it is a permanent Powder Hair color and you just add water to it. Please people help me out!
