Cut Hair

How to cut hair for an emo hairstyle?
I’d like to know what exactly ppl mean when they say to cut the hair and bangs with a “razor”. WHat type of “razor” are they meaning?
There are scissors that have a razor part to them (I can’t find a picture, they’re hard to explain without showing you what they look like) but they make your hair choppy and break up layers instead of making a plain straight line like scissors. They thin out your hair and add texture.

While songs like “Ain’t My Bitch” and “Wasting My Hate” are up-tempo and full of the vitriol one would expect … |
